Preparing the Site

The customer is responsible for site preparation unless other arrangements are made prior to delivery. Make sure to meet the following requirements before your shed is delivered:​ 
  1. Create a firm, flat, level surface for your structure to sit on - crushed stone or gravel is preferred, or a solid wood base such as railroad ties or pressure treated lumber
  2. Clear at least 40 feet of land longways for our truck to pull out from underneath the building
  3. Verify the building pad and driving path are wide enough for your building and our delivery truck
  4. Remove any low hanging tree branches
  5. Notify us of any overhead wires
